Please note: Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment (charges will apply) so as not to delay the services for our next client. New Clients booking services valued over $50 may be asked to provide a valid credit card number at the time of booking.
Change or Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep it, please notify us 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged as follows: first occasion 50% of the total published value of the service booked plus applicable taxes; all additional occasions 100% of the total value including applicable taxes. All Registered Massage Therapy appointments are billable at 100% for the time booked. Payment will be expected promptly upon written notification which will be sent to you via registered mail with an additional fee of $10 plus applicable taxes added to the total billable amount. (Packages/Groups require a 48 hour notice.)
