Please note: Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment (charges will apply) so as not to delay the services for our next client. New Clients booking services valued over $50 may be asked to provide a valid credit card number at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time has been reserved for you. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not advised us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the appointment. In regards to gift cards, please follow the Terms and Conditions printed on them. Packages/Groups require a 48-hour notice. Please note that all appointments for services over $100 in value will require deposit via a Visa or MasterCard.
